March 6: Extending your Growing Season
Join members of the Chelsea Community Garden and get tips on how to grow and enjoy cold weather crops in early spring and late fall for a long bountiful harvest.
March 13: Get the Scoop on Soil
Soil, it's more than just dirt! Tips and advice from Master Gardener, Charlene Harris, on testing, amending, and preparing your soil for planting.
March 20: Vegetable Gardening in Small Spaces
Growing your own tomatoes, lettuce, and other vegetables can be done without a lot of space commitment. Try growing vegetables in containers or mixed-use beds.
March 27: Mixed Herb and Flower Containers
Get tips and design ideas from Master Gardeners, Merrill Crockett and Rita Hermann, to create your own colorful and functional containers of fragrant herbs and edible flowers for your enjoyment all season long.
