Chelsea Council Meetings are open to the public and are held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at the Washington Street Education Center. If you would like to address Council at a meeting please fill out a Citizen Comment form and mail or email it to the City Clerk.

Council meetings are aired on Channel 18 on the Wednesday and Thursday following the Council meeting at 2:30 p.m and 8:30 p.m.

Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the City Clerk Terri Burtch no later than five (5) business days prior to the date of the meeting.
