Chelsea Amateur Radio Club is a nonprofit club founded in 1977. CARC is active with local law enforcement agencies and the National Weather Service to maintain emergency communications in case of natural or man-made disasters. Meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm.
