The CCA is a community arts center offering visual arts classes and workshops, private lessons and group music instruction, gallery exhibitions and community outreach projects.

The CCA works with the City of Chelsea and the local business community to expand opportunities for maximizing arts and culture to attract residents, businesses, and visitors to Chelsea as a creative community. The CCA serves the City of Chelsea and the surrounding areas in Washtenaw County.
